Warranty Policy

All OPR8 manufactured products have a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty. OPR8 guarantees that our products are free from manufacturing or craftsmanship defects for a period of at least one year from the date purchase. 

All defects and warranty concerns for any product from any manufacturer within the first 30 days will be handled by OPR8. Contact us and we will provide you a shipping label to return your defective merchandise to us - once we receive your shipment we will send out a replacement shortly after. 

All other products follow that specific manufacturers warranty policy. All customers are advised to contact OPR8 first during the manufacturers warranty period, as in many cases OPR8 can act as an intermediary to resolve warranty concerns or facilitate warranty claims. In other cases we can provide contact information and direction to you on how to have your warranty resolved with the manufacturer. Any warranty claims past the first 30 days may require the customer to ship the product to the manufacturer at their own expense.
