Shipping and Rates
OPR8 offers flat rate shipping for all orders, regardless of order size or quantity.
For orders to Canada and the United States? That flat rate shipping is free. All orders will ship free regardless of order size, value or quantity.
For international destination orders, such as for Europe and Asia, OPR8 offers flat rate shipping at $25.00 CAD, and will be displayed in your local currency at checkout.
OPR8 has an order fulfilment lead time of up to 5 business days as we ship orders out in batches. Once your order ships you will be provided a tracking number for the parcel.
All orders are shipped tracked and insured via standard Canada Post, and will transfer to your local mail service. If there is an issue with your order, please see our Shipping Insurance Policy below.
American customers; please note your domestic customs and duties are included as part of this order. You will not receive any additional charges relating to customs clearing on this parcel.
Shipping Insurance Policy
All products shipped from OPR8 are shipped with insurance for the full value of the shipment. If there is an issue with your delivery, such as the parcel arriving damaged or simply never arriving at all, you must report this issue within 72 hours.
Upon being made aware of the issue with the shipment OPR8 will initiate an insurance claim with the courier. It is the customers responsibility to cooperate with both the courier(s) as well as OPR8 during the investigation into the claim. If the insurance claim involved goods damaged in transit, the customer is also required to return the damaged merchandise to OPR8, which will be shipped back at our expense. Once the insurance claim is resolved, OPR8 will ship out replacement merchandise out to the customer. At our sole discretion we may elect to ship replacement merchandise out sooner.
A customer who has not fully cooperated during the investigation process with either OPR8 or the courier(s) will be considered to have withdrawn their claim of lost or damaged goods and is withdrawing the insurance claim, and that the customer is happy with the delivery and the condition of the merchandise.
