Refund Policy

OPR8 has a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of receiving the merchandise you may elect to return the merchandise to OPR8 for a refund.

Please note:

• It is the customers responsibility to ship the merchandise to OPR8
  
• All returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, as these products will need to be sold as used merchandise, as all products must be assumed to have been opened 
  
  
• All refunds will be provided to the original method of payment within 72 hours of the products arrival back at OPR8

In order to start the process of returning merchandise, please use the Contact Us page and we will reply within 48 hours with instructions on how to complete your return.

Any product that needs to be returned or replaced due to manufacturing defect or issue will not be subject to this policy. Please review our warranty page for details relating to the warranty process.
