Return and Exchange Policy

OPR8 has a 30 day return policy - within 30 days of receiving your product you may return unopened and unused condition for a full refund (minus all shipping charges). If the product has been opened but is in full, unused and resalable condition a 10% restocking fee will apply. We do not accept refunds of products that have been used or damaged.

If a product arrives damaged in shipping or is defective upon arrival, OPR8 will replace the item at no charge to the buyer. A return label will be provided to the buyer and upon receiving the defective product, a new product will be sent out. After 30 days all manufacturer warranties will apply.
